our founder story

Oladotun Olakanmi is a Perception Architect, PR Strategist, and Founder of The Kulture Digital, a global digital PR and perception strategy firm dedicated to shaping how brands are seen, believed, and trusted in a competitive, attention-driven world.

With a professional background spanning finance, fintech, and insurance, Oladotun has led high-impact growth and marketing initiatives that combine performance with strategic positioning. His work sits at the intersection of visibility, credibility, and influence—helping brands not just gain attention, but earn authority.

He is widely recognized for his philosophy, “Own perception before attention comes,” a principle redefining modern public relations. Rather than chasing visibility, his approach emphasizes proactive narrative control, digital credibility, and authority-building—ensuring that when attention arrives, it reinforces trust rather than exposes gaps.

Oladotun holds a degree in Physics from the University of Lagos, a foundation that informs his structured, analytical approach to perception and strategy. He has also earned globally recognized certifications in Marketing and Communications (International Business Management Institute, Germany), Certified Digital Marketing Professional (Digital Marketing Institute, Ireland), and Product Marketing (CXL Institute, USA).

His key achievements and notable projects include leading community management for Laycon during Big Brother Naija Season 5 (2020), co-leading digital campaigns for global brands such as Ciroc, Johnnie Walker, Guinness Nigeria, Orijin, and GOtv (2020), and leading marketing for the maiden edition of Capital City Race in Lagos (2024), attracting over 1,000 runners—demonstrating his ability to translate strategy into large-scale public engagement.

Today, through The Kulture Digital, he advises founders, high-net-worth individuals, and organizations on how to position themselves for global relevance—helping them own their narrative, build authority, and protect their perception in an ever-evolving digital landscape.
